Ingredients for 80-100 cakes:

100 g of corn-flakes
130 g of dark chocolate
85 g of sugar
90 g of butter
mini muffin papers


Preparation :

1. Melt chocolate and butter with a double boiler, over lowish heat, stirring frequently with a rubber spatula.

2. When everything is melted, add sugar.

3. Remove the bowl from the heat and add the cornflakes. Turn them, with your rubber spatula, in the chocolate mixture until they are all pretty well coated.

4. Fill the mini muffin papers with the mixture and wait at least one hour before eating.
